Family - Isobel's Fish
Isobel's Fish
The tank has been running now for a few days. Time to add the fish, I chose a comet and a shubunkin. I got them home introduced them to the tank and then fed them. On Thursday Mum and I are going to take them to Izzy and she can name them.
So I just had a text from Vicky saying that Izzy has names the fish Tinkerbel and Goldie. Tinkerbel is the Black, Orange and White Shubunkin and Goldie is the Orange and White Comet.

Family - Centre Parcs
Centre Parcs
Isobel's 4th Birthday
I joined my Mum, Brother, Sister-in-Law and Niece at Longleet Centre Parcs for the day. I got there by 09:15 and was met my Mum, Jon and Izzy. We went to the Chalet and had some breakfast then headed off to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. After many goes on the slides, rapids and wave machine we went back for some lunch. In the afternoon Izzy was booked in to have a hair braid done so we went to the Jardin Des Sports where she also had face painting done while Mum and Jon played bowls. Dispite Mum being the more experienced player Jon won all the games!!! On our way back to the Chalet Izzy played in the different playgrounds. Back at the Chalet we had a drink and I gave Izzy her Birthday present. She was excited to find out she was getting a fish. Thursday next week Mum and I are going to take the fish to it's new home!!

This week it is my niece's 4th Birthday. She would like a pet so I am sorting out a fish and tank. Now I have all the bits for the tank I needed to get it running so I can get the fish next week.

Caving - Swildon's Hole
Caving - Swildon's Hole
Group: Tim, Me , Matt and John.
Met at the Wessex Cave Club at 10:30. This was to be John's second trip. We got kitted up and walked down to the cave. We were underground by 11:30. We went down the long dry way, Barnes Loop to Sump 1. We sat at the sump and had a drink and a Snickers and decided we wouldn't go to sump 2 so we headed out. We left via the short dry way and were out of the cave 14:40. Everyone enjoyed the trip and were ready for something to eat and drink.

Caving - Hunters Lodge Inn Sink
Caving - Hunters lodge Inn SInk
Group: Tim, Me, Matt and Paul.
Paul arrived up at the Wessex Club about 09:30. After a cup of tea we decided what cave we were going to go into and then set off to Hunters Lodge Inn Sink. We were in the cave by 11:30 and out around 14:30. A good trip was enjoyed by everyone.
