Drive to Aviemore
Today were leaving Elphin and moving on to Aviemore. This morning it was lovely and clear over the mountains so managed to get some nice photos. We packed everything up and loaded the car. We took the road to Inverness that we had been down at midnight a couple of days before. We were curious to see the scenery that we had missed.
We stopped a couple of times on the way down to get petrol and have some lunch. We arrived in Aviemore around 4. We stopped in the tourist information to ask about a nearby Osprey Centre at Loch Garten and the Fenicular Railway at Cairn Gorm Mountain.
We booked into Pine Bank Chalets where we are staying for the next couple of nights. This evening we have relaxed and watched the weather to help us decide what we are going to do for the next few days.
